Your Life is Not an Algorithm — Improvise!
About the Immersion
Dr. S. Ama Wray guides a diverse group of practitioners to re-member ancestral intelligences (a.i.) through the 6 principles of Embodiology®. This methodology is a living expression of Ubuntu — "I Am because We Are."
Through this program you become skilled improvisers, which means that the slippery slopes of life become a downhill slalom you can traverse without going head over heels. You will ride the momentum — collaboratively with others.
The unforeseeable becomes the springboard toward knowing, justice, social connection, trust, fulfillment, self-regulation, and fearlessness.
Consciousness of improvisation is critical right now. If you have skills — come test their robustness. If you don't have much of any of this knowledge, then "Now is the time" — as Charlie Parker says. It's a scaffolded method and the ideas meet you where you are.
Ever present in this work is the living culture of Anlo-Ewe peoples of the Volta Region of Ghana. A space of recognition and respect, expansion and excellence.

For Those Who Move Communities
If you're openhearted and ready to build the world we want — step this way into Embodiology®. Designed for community builders, facilitators, and leaders who understand that how we move together shapes how we live together.
A scaffolded methodology rooted in ancestral intelligence. The ideas meet you where you are, and from here you expand while listening deeply within.
"I Am because We Are" — this isn't just philosophy. Through collaborative improvisation, you learn to ride momentum together and find fearlessness in connection.
Transform the unforeseeable into springboards toward knowing, justice, social connection, trust, fulfillment, and self-regulation.
